Caregiving is as varied as noodles which are unleavened dough stretched, extruded, or rolled flat and cut into one of a variety of shapes which usually include long, thin strips, or waves, helices, tubes, strings, or shells, or folded over, or cut into other shapes. Noodles are boiled, pan-fried or deep-fried. They can be served with an accompanying sauce or in a soup. Like caregiving for an elder noodles can be fresh and short-term or dried and stored for future use. Noodles are a staple food in many cultures.
My Mother's Recipe is a multi-generation potluck with multicultural food. Join us and bring a home cooked noodle dish from your culture or your mother's cookbook which is enough to share with 8 others.
